Chef Carrie Bogar left behind an established restaurant in Pennsylvania to opened up Veya in 2007. Though it has been around for less than ten years, this fabulous restaurant has already made its mark. Veya specializes in fresh and intricate seafood dishes that are beautifully plated. The restaurant also features live music Monday through Saturday.
Pimms
This restaurant's beautiful white interior is literally right on the water. Guests can dine on beautiful, fresh seafood while overlooking Maundays Bay. It is also possible to book a private dinner in the Wine Room, which features a unique, five-course meal.
De Cuisine
De Cuisine is an intimate restaurant known for its creative and friendly husband and wife team, Denise and Joash, who make sure that every guest has the best dining experience possible. The restaurant utilizes fresh, seasonal ingredients, so the menu is constantly changing; however, guests can be sure that each dish has been artfully crafted.
Le Bistro at Santorini
The theme at Le Bistro at Santorini is, "farm, land, sea." The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the restaurant's sommeliers know just the right pairings for every dish. The restaurant's renowned chef, Jasper Schneider, puts a modern twist on classic dishes, and ensures that each guest has a unique dining experience.
