La Veranda

Inside the Four Seasons Hotel, La Veranda offers a sense of informality, yet with a distinct chicness. The menu will remind diners of a quaint French Riviera bistro. Influences come from the Mediterranean Sea and Italy. A must-try is the roasted sea bass fillet and fennel with orange. The menu is enhanced by freshly baked breads, delicate pastries, homemade ice cream and other culinary specialties. For al fresco dining, the terrace is a tranquil sanctuary, shaded by 100-year-old Aleppo pines and offering magnificent Mediterranean views.

Villa C View

The risotto with in-house smoked salmon is a favorite as is the Niçoise-style octopus stew. But first, start with the foie gras and fish soup with rouille and croutons. If you have room for dessert, the crème brulee with vanilla is decadent as are the chocolate profiteroles -- light and airy choux pastry filled with gourmet and creamy vanilla ice cream, drizzled with hot chocolate sauce.

Jasmin Grill and Lounge

You will be overlooking the Bay of Ants of Beaulieu-sur-mer when dining at the Jasmin Grill and Lounge. For starters, you might like to try the fried squid in spicy tomato sauce or the onion tart with anchovy. Share a Thai salad of rice noodles, rare tuna, shrimp, avocado, carrot, coriander, spring onions, fried onion, bean sprouts and thai sauce. If you fancy something from the sea, try the fish of the day with seasonal vegetables. If you are more of a meat lover, you might choose the Black Angus flank steak with roasted lettuce and jus and pureed potatoes.

Restaurant Le Bar du Port

This is a quaint 60-seat restaurant with a Mediterranean menu and bohemian ambiance and a stunning location overlooking the port of Saint Jean. Patrons are a mix of locals, travelers and the jet set. Try the moules frites with mussels. La cassolette du chef is also a must-try. If you’re dining with a companion, try the sardine fritters with tartare sauce or the brioche bread with truffled ham, truffle cream, béchamel sauce and emmental. If you are looking for a meat main course, the Italian tartare of bed with parsley, capers, parmesan, pistou pastis and butter comes highly recommended. Chocolate mousse, definitely for dessert.
